General Terms and Conditions
Advance payment is required for all orders outside Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. After receipt of order, you will receive an invoice including the actual cost of shipping. No additional handling fees will be charged. Bank fees associated with international transactions are the responsibility of the buyer. The invoice must be paid in full.
All prices are quoted in Euros and include German sales tax.
You may return your order within two weeks of receipt of purchase, no questions asked. Simply notify us in writing or return the product to our business address. We cannot give refunds for custom ordered products. Audiotapes, CDs, DVDs, videos, and software with the cellophane removed or with broken seals are not eligible for refund. If your purchase was over EUR 20.00, we will refund the cost of the most inexpensive form of shipping. Just send us the receipt along with your bank details and we will transfer the amount to your account. We do not accept returns that have been sent freight collect. The item must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all parts and accessories and it must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition. Please use appropriate packaging when returning an item.
Our suppliers guarantee the quality of their products. All products come with a two-year warranty from date of invoice. If the item has obvious defects, please notify us as soon as possible, but no later than eight days from date of delivery. The product will be repaired or replaced. Please keep the product available for handling.
Our products and prices are subject to change without notice. Product images and descriptions on this website may vary slightly from the actual product. In order to process your purchase, we store your address and any other data relevant to your order.
